This yoga is dynamic, bursting with imaginary animals and songs; one could almost call it "creative movement" except that it contains all the essential ingredients of yoga. With playful yoga poses, Natalie incorporates animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques. Also through fun yoga games the children develop concentration, focus and intuition.

Many times during class the children will hear Natalie invite them to "find that little quiet place inside you". The children over time come to experience that there is such a place within and begin to understand when they need to "find" it.

Different breathing exercises or sounding with breath is also used in class to give the children tools to help them if ever they feel angry or afraid. Different poses will help right/left brain coordination. Yoga also helps children be aware of themselves from the inside (both physically and emotionally) The songs incorporated into the class are what make these yoga classes fun. The children and teachers find themselves singing them much after Natalie has already left for the day!
